Our D6 Sunday School block, based on Deuteronomy 6, is designed to help older generations pass their faith on to younger ones. This influences what we do here at church, but more importantly our goal is to better align the church and home to accomplish God’s design of generational discipleship which primarily takes place in the family with parents as the primary disciple makers. We want to support and equip you as you lead your family spiritually

D6 helps families to be intentional about having faith conversations by allowing all family members, 0 – 99 to be going through the same Bible lessons, the same verses, the same topics, week in and week out in an age appropriate manner. Instead of Johnny learning something in Kids’ Ministries, Suzy having another lesson in junior high, Emilio having a third lesson in senior high, then you as parents having yet another lesson in an adult class, all classes are talking about the same things. This allows for conversations on the way home from church or at the dinner table, or just going throughout the day, to flow more naturally. 

And D6 isn’t just for Sunday, these same themes, lessons, and verses follow families throughout the week with daily devotionals for each member of the family. These devotions allow each member of the family to engage with the same verses and topics daily. You can do them individually or as a family. 

D6 isn’t just a lesson, class, or Bible study, it’s a way of living out our faith so that it is passed down to the generations to come. We believe that with the church and home better aligned, we will make a massive impact in the lives of our children and the generations that follow.
