D. RESUME REVIEW PHASE -Maintain data base of applicants to track communications and assessments -Evaluate Resumes -Develop Application -Narrow field of candidates to top 25
E. APPLICATION REVIEW PHASE -Invite most promising candidates to complete application -Evaluate Applications and sermon tapes -Narrow field of candidates to top 10
E. INTERVIEWS PHASE -Investigate references -Order background checks -Conduct 1st interviews -Narrow field of candidates to top 3 -Conduct 2nd interviews and church visits
