Photo Policy

As a church, FCCO often uses pictures and videos of individuals and the congregation at large in our newsletters, on our website, on social media and through our online worship services. FCCO observes the following guidelines:
  • FCCO will inform the congregation that pictures will be taken for promotional and informational use by placing notices in the bulletin and in the Kids’ Wing.
  • FCCO will not identify the name of a person with their photo.
  • The Kids’ Ministry team will ask parents to sign a digital photo release for their children when they register for Kids’ Ministry.
  • FCCO will ask for a Photo Release for anyone under 18 whose picture appears on our website for promotional purposes. This does not include large group photos/videos.
